Constantly Disappointed..

So I got constantly disappointed... by the world which doesn't meet my expectation.
Why do I always be the only one doing everything with so much enthusiasm?
Not sure if I am too compulsive or my friends need more motivation...
Not sure if I am the wrong person in the right place,
or the right person in a wrong place.
Which one is right?
